About the hotel
We are located in the town of Plaisance, not far away from the treasures of the Aveyron, and the Tarn.
Our hotel is open from April until mid-December. There is a natural multicultural feel about the place. The historic buildings, surrounded by mature magnolia trees, soon create a feeling of relaxed contentment.
You will find a warm welcome and excellent food to delight people of all ages, served in rooms with authentic fireplaces or in summertime on our terrace. In the morning, enjoy a breakfast buffet in a spacious room with winter garden.

Restaurants and Bars
The restaurant is open every evening, inviting you to savour a luxurious food experience. It offers a choice of menus at different prices as well as an a la carte meal in historic dining rooms or on the terraces when the weather conditions allow it. The menus change according to seasons, every 3 months.
All meals are freshly prepared. As this takes some time, we kindly ask that you reserve a table for the evening before 12:00.
